7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited vehicle usage:

• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. Activities such as racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly against policy. Additionally, using the vehicle for purposes it was not designed for, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or driving outside the specified geographical boundaries without prior approval are also not permitted.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire in Houghton-le-Spring is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental in the previous 12 months.
